Need help with your Kittrell Paycard?
Have you tried our new and improved Card Member Site? Get logged in and you can check your balance, review your transactions, print statements, freeze and unfreeze your card, pay bills, update your profile, update your alert preferences, and more!
There you will also find links to our mobile app in the app stores.
By Phone
You can also call our automated phone system 24/7 at 214-319-8849 to check your balance and hear recent transactions. If you need help beyond the automated system, you can reach a representative during normal business hours.
By Email
You can email us at support@kittrellpaycard.com - but be sure not to include any sensitive information - never send us your card number or social security number via email. You can send us the account number from the back of your card though.

You can also interact with your account by text message! Just text the word 'balance' to 214-319-8849 to get started.
